Cancellation right after payment	Full refund if cancelled within 1 hour of completing payment (during business hours). No refund if the scheduled pick-up time has already passed.
Early return	The rental fee for the unused period is not refunded.
No-show	No refund is issued.
Inexperienced driving · practice use	No refund if serious lack of driving ability, or use for driving practice, is identified on-site.
Refund processing time	May take 7 – 10 days, based on public institution business days.

A full refund is available if your flight or ferry is cancelled that day due to a natural disaster.
